Their History

Koffi opened its doors in August of 2002. Our original café (pictured here) began as a small 800 square feet community gathering place. In the spring of 2005, we doubled the size of our cafe to provide an even more comfortable environment for Palm Springs residents and tourists to enjoy. Today, Koffi's primary focus is on increasing customer satisfaction while enhancing the development of our employees.

Koffi is owned by John Abner and John Strohm, two full-time Palm Springs residents who share a passion for serving exceptional coffee in an upscale environment that is very Palm Springs.
